Michele Scaglione
Michele is the Brett Moffitt team leader. Michele works to find and secure potential sponsors and investors to support Brett's efforts to rise to the top level of NASCAR racing. Michele handles Public and Media Relations. She is a NASCAR consultant and a Driver consultant. Michele was a Lava Row Co-Founder (Social Media Consulting), and has worked with companies such as Helman Associates and Maytag (Brand Development). Michele has a BS in Political Science, Buena Vista.

Dave Watson
Dave is a legal, and business consultant for Brett and was a key contributor in creating the entity, Brett Moffitt Racing. Dave's professional activities include: Professor of Real Estate Investment at Drake University's MBA program, Continuing Education provider for Iowa Bar Association, and Designed and negotiated tax-efficient strategies for all sizes and entities. Dave has a BA in accounting from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Taxation from Drake University.
Alex Keriazes
Alex assists Brett with his Social Media; keeps Brett connected with his fan base; makes updates to the website; works with media outlets; and is the team photographer. Alex is currently pursuing an Honors degree in Business Management, with minors in Communication & Marketing; and is scheduled to graduate in May of 2011. Alex's goal is to transition with Brett through the NASCAR ranks.

Bob Harris
Bob's responsibilities include Driver Coach, Driver Consultant, Spotter Consultant, and Safety Consultant - using his many years of racing experience to assist the driver, spotter, crew chief, and team. Bob has been instrumental in researching driver development teams that are best suited to further Brett's career as a driver, and teaching Brett the fundamentals of communicating. Bob has 38 years of racing experience as a former driver and crew member, as well as a business owner. Among his primary accomplishments are race car designer, manufacturer, and shock builder.
